We run our own processing plant in the Northeast of India — from sourcing through to packing — to produce high-quality, batch-to-batch consistency.

It starts on the land — pineapples from selected farmer networks across North-East India, where the climate and red soil shape the fruit's character.

Each fruit is picked by hand and selected on ripeness, so the flavour is at its best before it reaches our plant.
